Biography

Ren Chong, Associate Chief Physician, with 25 years of clinical experience. Master of Medicine. In 1997, he graduated from Beijing Medical University with a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine and was assigned to the Department of Plastic Surgery at China-Japan Friendship Hospital, where he has worked to date; in 2005, he graduated from the Plastic Surgery Program of Peking Union Medical College with a master's degree; in 2007, he served as a visiting scholar in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Tokyo Hospital, Japan. Since 1997, he has successively served as Resident Physician, Attending Physician, and Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Plastic Surgery at China-Japan Friendship Hospital. His main research direction is upper eyelid surgery (double eyelid surgery). He has a profound understanding of double eyelid aesthetics and extensive surgical experience. He uses a self-developed procedure, “Restrictive Ligament Release”, to create bright eyes and enable patients to raise their eyelids more easily. He especially specializes in various complex and difficult double eyelid revisions. He has published more than ten original articles in domestic and international professional medical journals, including the Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology, Chinese Journal of Aesthetic Medicine, and Chinese Journal of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, and undertakes clinical teaching tasks for Peking University Health Science Center.
